M/46/15221-15-91.5pd kb, ring dips.3:08Body is wrecked. Could not do the lddear way too many reps. My abs are toast and now my hips are now also. Fun to work out with Barb and Bro in law.

Jack - Hey Patty…so, Anthony and I had an interesting dioiusscsn about last Friday’s leg workout. Apparently I underestimated how sore I would be for my trip into NYC. Seemed like an easy workout on paper! I now have a new appreciation for NYC cabbies..:-)
