I remember where I was...at my desk at work, 6 weeks from my due date with Connor, when Tripp called to tell me about the first airplane. No way I will ever forget.

This is a great work-out! I did this for the first time today. I did sit-ups instead of the pull-ups and did the true push up. I did not bad: 10 sets of the esxrciee but almost completed a 11 set. So about 165 squats, 110 push-ups and 156 sit-ups.
