Anthony - Just a few comments on paleo:As you stay fehrtur and fehrtur away from grains you need to take a mental note of how you feel when you do indulge in them. Being paleo strick for over three months I actually get real sick. Headache, tired, loss of strength and focus and just want to sleep. The real hard part is trying to be 100% strick for the first 21 days. Getting to this 21 days is very hard and the part of paleo which is different from other eating styles (notice this is not a DIET, diets have a beginning and a end) is that there is no measuring and weighting. So if you crack out a little on something paleo it's ok. Your trying to get through the 21days CLEAN. What you really are trying the hardest to do is get your body into a fat burning machine not a carb dependent burning machine. As you get fehrtur in, you start dialing in on what and when you are eating. Start noticing when you are hungry and try waiting an hour or so more, only when you are closer to the 21 days and you are buring more fat efficiently. Stop eat with the clock and eat when you are hungry not habbit hungry or time hungry real body hungry. Eat slow, eat protein and fats and veggies if your trying to loose body fat. And this ia a super important point, when you are eating make note to only be eating. No talking on the phone, watching tv, driving, reading .Just eating !!! Good luck.
