10 sit ups,
15 air squats
Saturday morning we will host one WOD at the corner of 10th and Broadway in Uptown Columbus! So no WOD at Sacrifice and no WOD at Inception!!!
9am WOD Uptown and if your not WODing you should be at the Tri!

Stayed conservative with the squats @ 170#.
