I should have pulled all 5 at 345, but Chris was right, I counted myself out before even starting the lift. Positive self talking next time!

185x5/205x2 bummer. I was hoping for a new PR.
Burpees/KB swings(45#)...no idea how many but first full ROM KB in 3 months. Hopefully my shoulder is happy with me tomorrow.

Hey guys we have a few different leaders for male and female so here they are;
On Deadlifts Tana had 225 and Frank hit 435.
On rounds for the metcon Karen had 8+2 burpees and Cliff had 8+6 burpees.
