That 5:50 for sure could have been faster for me but I'm super stoked to have some help on my clean form from you Art!

3:14....sadly only 5 seconds faster than during the throw down. Expected to shave 30-40 seconds since it was 40+ degrees cooler at 5:30 am and was the only wod of the day. Oh well, will keep working and still just glad to finish. See you Saturday.

rowing is terrible for the short 9:44 not rx 85# push press. srdleis (gliders?) for rowers are fun and make you feel like you are actually doing something just sayin

I think yelling or gtriunng or whatever is wonderful. I would encourage everyone to do it. I do it everyday, every workout, and enjoy the effects of doing so. If you are a yeller carry-on. But if you aren't, do yourself a favor and try it. I guarantee you will do better. If Crossfit WOD's don't get you excited not sure what will. Maybe I will start adding some yelling drills in the warm up. Gotta perfect that Warrior Cry!! Yelling not only gets my body pumped and excited but it gets me ready and focused for the task ahead of me. Maybe I'm a wimp but these workouts are tough and I don't want to do them sometimes. But if shouting or yelling or screaming like a lil girly makes it easier, then so be it. Please share your thoughts, there is no right or wrong answer or opinion. Oh and for clarification Josh is speaking of non-crossfitters and rather individuals at big gyms/globo gyms who stare in the mirrors and yell then look around to see who is watching as if they did something hard. He is not referring to Crossfitters right Josh?

1)How they can make their own world and how they organize and that when they build the world the make every detial.2)The part when they are in the snowy place and they plan how to enter the base and take some secret papers.Because it has action.Cobb finds a projection of Mal.3)The friend of Cobb.Because he is very intelligent. He is always calm and when they are in trouble he always has an idea.He is usually serious but he isn't bad with people.1: if i were Cobb i would enter a teacher's dream so i can take the answers of the exams.2:Yes because she isn't a real person, she is just a person that was imagined.3:A book.If i am in a dream all the pages would be blank but in real life they are written.
