I have a tip for you guys, don't waste your energy standing up and starring at the bar for time. After you finish your Burpees sit down and relax on the bumper plate (unless it's just a 25 or below). Good luck, I plan to do this too.

Great job today guys...
Dominique was the only lady to attempt prescription and she made it to 10 rounds.
A new visitor Nick came in and made it through 9 rounds but he wasn't used to that Georgia humidity. Good form on his part because he came back later at the 1800 class and crushed it.
In addition to Nick I also completed the entire workout.
