Patrick Daniel Tillman (5.6.76 – 4.22.04) was a professional football player who left the National Football League and enlisted in the United States Army in May 2002. He joined the Army Rangers and served multiple tours in combat before he was killed in the mountains of Afghanistan. He was a recipient of the Silver Star, the third highest honor in the military, and a Purple Heart. Pat is survived by his wife Marie. He is also remembered through the foundation named in his honor; the mission being to inspire people to make positive changes in themselves and in the world around them.

Ive that resolvc3a c2of sincec3afe2 80 9d was 16, forms of rise of wehgtis, diverse of jitsu cardiio, jiu etc (same it activates) I& #039; 27 ms now and I& #039; crossfit given SEES some try& #039; s with some diverse amaestradores. c2Crossfit not him conseguirc3in form no doubt on that, but in quc3a9 cost? The movements are unequal, any person who does crossfit are lesic3 extremely prone b3 n. I can& #039; tensic3 b3 n of t cc3 b3 mo is bad enough is the form. I& #039; small stick of ll to the rise of wehgtis, yoga and to I vary cardiio.

Dude. . If you go into Crossfit to loose fat, you are going in for the wrong reason. . You do Crossfit to be helahty. . Loosing fat and getting stronger and fitter are the nice side effects of this sort of training. Or put it this way, you do crossfit 4 to 5 times a week, and watch what you eat, it would be impossible to to NOT loose fat.

Not a stellar day for me I felt my hmratsing pull on the warm-up and when I went to take off at the start of the WOD, no mas! I hobbled back in with a few expletives spewing from my mouth and Jay had me sub the run with 15 cal on the airdyne. As usual, sub'd ring rows for pull-ups.Mod Helen 8:01Part 2: 3:53
