Not too bad after a 9 day break and a twisted knee (i know no cheese with my whine!) I ran both miles and enjoyed motivating the newbees to keep going. 3 new friends joined today and 8 this month. What a great way to spend time with your friends. Crossfit Chicks!

Great job to all that competed in the Open Competition! I enyjoed having the opportunity to see all of the athletes and judges in one place on Saturdays.
