I've been meaning to take a day off since Tuesday, but you keep posting WOD's I want to do.... Or maybe I was having withdrawal from missing so many, so I want to get in on them all!!

So proud of myself today! I ran the entire first mile and all of the 2 bs except for 2 1/2 hills:) BIG accomplishment for me!! 27:20 :)

Not too bad after a 9 day break and a twisted knee (i know no cheese with my whine!) I ran both miles and enjoyed motivating the newbees to keep going. 3 new friends joined today and 8 this month. What a great way to spend time with your friends. Crossfit Chicks!

23:0580 reps (oops) at 110# (25#weight vest + 85# bar) = 8,800 Lbssubbed 1500m row for run because my left foot is still tingilng. I cannot do basic math when lifting. Great job to all that competed in the Open Competition! I enyjoed having the opportunity to see all of the athletes and judges in one place on Saturdays.
