I made it to 4 t2b on rd 5. Total suckfest. I got rips on both hands an my abmndioal area is ruined for life. Christy, since you got nothing, here's something for you. There's no charge for it. There's a fine line between going too hard and blowing up and holding back too much to conserve energy. The only way to know where that line is is to blow up. Your brain is doing everything it can to make you quit but youre still capable of doing more. I'm trying to get there in our WODs. CrossFit is designed to beat you. You will never beat it. Ever. When the day comes that I fail to finish the WOD because I've completely exhausted myself is the day I will have won. That will be the day I beat myself.
