Rob,I've been following stonogmanwrd since the beginning and i try to do a wod every saturday but at school its difficult due to lack of equipment. At home i have farmer handles, two atlas stones, a sled, and a barbell. I pick wods from here by which equipment i can use, or how creative i can get with a substitute. Example the 800 meter sandbag carry was subbed with a 100 pound punching bag. What makes a wod fun for me is just the fact that i can do it. Overall this website is a blast and thanks for the programming.

Jessica, they were definitely a peefcrt weekend breakfast. We finished them all and probably would have eaten more if I had made them! Salad oil is pretty much any type of oil that you would use to dress a salad- olive, vegetable, canola, sunflower ect. We used oil but I'm sure that substituting the applesauce tastes just as good. Let me know if you try them!

Jim - Only got about 6 rounds (lost count).went much lietghr and subbed in squat cleans for the power clean and front squat as I wanted to work on getting under the bar.Also subbed in squat jumps for box jumps (no box and the chair i tried almost crumbled on my first jump.)Eitherway, I ended up sweating so hard my face hurt.
